What is ACoS?
ACoS stands for Advertising Cost of Sales.
ACoS is the share of ad-driven sales spent on advertising: ad spend ÷ ad sales × 100. It is the main efficiency metric in Amazon Sponsored Products.
Example
You spend $250 on ads that bring in $1,000 of sales. Your ACoS is 25%.
Why it matters
An ACoS below your break-even ACoS means the ads are profitable; above it, every ad sale loses money.
