What is ASIN?
ASIN stands for Amazon Standard Identification Number.
An ASIN is the 10-character ID Amazon assigns to each product in its catalog (for example B0XXXXXXXX). One product page = one ASIN.
Example
When you create a new product on Amazon it gets an ASIN; other sellers of the same item list under that ASIN.
Why it matters
You need the ASIN to look up a product, run ads on it or check its performance.
