What is CBM?
CBM stands for Cubic Meter.
CBM is the volume of a shipment in cubic meters (length × width × height in meters). Sea and air freight are priced on volume and weight.
Example
100 cartons of 50×40×30 cm is 6 CBM.
Why it matters
Knowing your CBM lets you compare LCL and full-container quotes and plan how much fits in a container.
